Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
